For the second year running you have performed miracles, all accompanied by your easy going, friendly manner. I thought last year was pretty impressive when you drove down to a remote location by the sea in North Wales, set up quietly and went on to feed everyone with the minimum of fuss. A group of barristers always have a few words to say but noone had a bad word to say about your food that day.   But this year we thought we would offer you something a little more challenging. The same location but this time with high winds a constant rain. Amazingly the food was even better! great hog roast as expected with delicious (and obviously home-made) salads and accompaniments (not to mention really well chosen sausages for the kids). Great food produced with your customary good humour in really trying conditions.   As I am sure you will appreciate the weather threatened to spoil the weekend, but as things turned out everyone who braved the conditions had a great time and you certainly played your part in that. We were holding our University summer ball and TLC were the perfect choice for the event; the pig was delicious and freshly cooked and the side dishes were freshly prepared on site and were also extremely tasty. The most helpful part was that TLC were no hassle in the slightest; they just got on with the job which meant there was one less worry for us to deal with on the day of the ball. They are a friendly and well prepared company that provide amazing food at a very reasonable price and are able to accommodate to your needs whatever they may be, on our occasion we had 250 people including vegetarians and all our guests were happy.
